OhioKumar Posted July 20, 2015 Report Posted July 20, 2015 Hello folks, My lawyer forgot to file the H4 status extension for my wife. Now I have H1 approval for 3 years. Can my wife travel outside USA and get H4 visa stamped while i539 is still pending.
