Travel to India on H4 EAD

Hello Experts,

 

We've applied H4 for my wife (currently her status is H1b), once H4 get approves we're planning to apply H4 EAD.

 

While H4 EAD is in processing status can she travel and stay in India for couple of months?

 

Please share your suggestions.

Yes, she can.

For H4 EAD, that person should be on H4 status to get approved. If she is traveling outside then she will not be on H4.
