I wanted to know if my new employer applies for a transfer,will I get an automatic extension or will the new h1b still have the same validity date? that is march 2016
jairichi Posted July 20, 2015 Report Posted July 20, 2015 If you have not reached the max out of 6 years then based on new employer's petition you will get duration of approval.
