H1 - H4 concurrent filling doubts

Hi Friends,

Thanks you so much for helping a lot of people by answering to their questions patiently.

 

My wife lost her job recently, she was under H1B.

I am planning to file H4 and H4 EAD concurrently.

 

I have the following questions.

 

1. While filling concurrently, should i send all the documents for H4 and H4 EAD in the same package ? or should i separate the documents in the package in 2 different envelopes for different visa ?

 

2. Form i-765 question - Question number 15 -  they are asking for current status - should i give it as H1B ? As H4 EAD will be processed after H4 COS - so should i give it as H4 ?

 

3. Question 16 -> What should be given for Eligiblity criteria for H1 -> H4 & H4 ED concurrent filling ?
