Jhanvii Reddy Posted July 17, 2015 Report Posted July 17, 2015 Hi, The Employer of my husband who is on H1B have applied for the GC this year. He is staying in US for the last 3 years. So if he gets the I-140 approved by next year, will i be eligible to get the H4 EAD Or does my husband needs to stay here for 6 years to get my H4 EAD. Currently i am staying here on H4.Please help. Thank you
