H1B extension Upgrade to Premium

Hi,

 

My H1B expires in Sep 2015 and I have got a new job offer.

Because of the EAD rule in effect the new employer filed the H1B transfer and extension under normal processing on Jun 8, 2015 and I got the receipt number on Jun 20, 2015.

Now as the Premium Processing has been resumed I have asked the new employer to upgrade the case to Premium.

Is it possible for my case to be upgraded to premium since it was filed between May 27, 2015 - July 13, 2015?
