karthik252627 Posted July 16, 2015 Report Posted July 16, 2015 Team, Could you please give me your opinions on what would be good decision. My wife is a full time employee and has I140 Approved. Currently my H1 is until November 2015 after that I need to file for extension, my H1B will expire in Oct 2017 after which 6 years will be completed. I did not file my GC yet. Below are my three questions. 1) Can I apply for Full Time Jobs with H4 EAD in companies which accept EAD/GC for full time employment. Will they accept H4 EAD like normal EAD and give me Full Time job. 2)If your answer is yes for abouve question, I am thinking to apply for H4 EAD and take a full time job, do you forsee any issues with this decision. 3) if I ever run into any issue after converting to H4EAD can I comeback and use my H1B remianing period at that time.
