H1 B Amendment return to Original Client

Here is the unique scenario

 

I have filed my H1b on Advance degree quota on Client A, approved for 3 years. Couple of months later, I moved to client B; Amendment was complete, visa approved for 3 Years.

Now I'm back to client A.

 

Do I need H1B Amendment?  Both my original h1b and amendment have valid dates (Sept 2017).  Can I use my original h1b to work?
