H1 Visa stamping on revoked I 140- 9 yrs in US

Hi all,

 

This is my 9th year in US.

I joined a new employer B (1 year back). Got H1B transfer (3 years new H1B validity) from Old employer A last year based on I 140 of employer A.

 

Employer A revoked my I 140 after I joined employer B.

 

I am planning for a trip to India in Sep 2015. I need to go for Visa Stamping at US Consulate in India.

 

1) Will my H1B stamp have issues being approved, as my I 140 from Employer A is revoked.

My new employer B, filed PERM but it is still in the process of getting approved.

 

2) When can I plan a trip to India?
