suhail080383 Posted July 15, 2015 Report Posted July 15, 2015 Hi, I am currently trying to schedule an apoointment for H4 visa at Chennai location. I made the payment of Rs.12,540 as visa fees on 6th of July. It was via NEFT from ICICI to BoFA. I got a message that transaction was successful (with TIER number). But the MRV receipt has not been activated till now. I followed up with US traveldocs who confirmed that they have processed all pending transactions now and they do not see my confirmation number. I had sent them screenshot of the transaction but they cant find it. I called up ICICI customer care who confirmed that the transaction was successful. US traveldocs support team gave me contact of BoFA support but that number is not the intended one. Has anybody faced similar kind of situation? Any pointers would be appreciated. Thank you.
