H1 Transfer while H1 amendment is in progress

Hi All,

 

I am working on H1 Visa with my company (company1) at the customer location.

Now, I have to send my required papers for H1 Amendment as my original H1 was filed for a different state and different customer.

 

I also plan to change my job in the meanwhile. Already I am getting calls from different consultants. I am yet to attend interview(s). If I get through any interview, the consultant will start processing my H1 transfer. Now, I have 2 questions

 

1. Will there be any issues if my H1 transfer also starts before I get my H1 Amendment process complete?

 

2. If suppose H1 transfer has started and H1 amendment has  got into RFE mode, then will that be a problem? Will that affect the H1 transfer process?

 

Please suggest and guide me!
