Employer Stopped salary H1b transfer got RFE for payslips

i worked for Employer X as fulltime employee on H1b. employer X got some issues and absconded not responding to calls and emails. he is receiving all payments from clients i worked for but not payed for two months and removed access to my payslips. when i visited office its locked. when he stoppped paying my salary i switched to another employer Y and transferred my H1b. now USCIS gave RFE and asked about payslips for maintanace of status. i have 2 questions 
1) How to respond to USCIS with out payslips. I have time sheets worked for the period Employer X stopped my salary. 
2) How to get my salary and payslips from Employer X
