OhioKumar
Hello everyone, I am planning to go for H1B stamping to Nogales on August 3rd week. This is my 3rd H1B stamping. 1st one is in India and 2nd one in Vancouver, Canada. I have Masters in computer science from US univ and work as Sr Programmer. I am in EVVC model and don't have client letter (Client will give an email saying that We can’t complete these letters. X primary vendor has to do the letter and has done many of them. Please work with X primary vendor on this. ) 1. Is it suggestible to go to Nogales for stamping? 2. Please let me know if you or some one you know went for stamping in the similar situation. Thanks in advance Kumar Link to comment
JoeF
You need a client letter. And anything with middle vendors is going to be really hard. Find a better employer, either FTE or EC. Avoid any situation with middle vendors. Link to comment

skanthsri
1. Is it suggestible to go to Nogales for stamping? Yes. However any consulate treats you same in this scenario. Nothing special with Nogales for EVVC. Link to comment
