I have applied for cross chargeability based on my spouse country of birth 2. My lawyer had put in cover letter asking for cross chargeability 3. My checks have been cashed that I had sent with our AOS application and we have the I485 receipt number Therefore, is there a need to remind uscis again to apply cross chargeability by mailing to this email address - ebupdate.tsc at dhs dot gov?
