pbellamkonda Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 Hi I have applied for my H4 EAD, and I may get it in a month. And also I have applied for H1B and have got it picked in a lottery. Say my H1B will start from Oct 1st. If I need to continue with my H4 Status (i.e. work using my H4 EAD), what should I do? Thank you!
jairichi Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 If your H1B was applied as COS and got approved then to stay on H4 you will need to exit and enter US with a valid H4 visa and a copy of your spouse's I797.
