srijan4others Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 Hi, I've received RFE for my H1B visa request and they have asked for SOW and my managers letter. I already got the employer manager letter and client letter which has end date of 2020. Our current MSA with client has ended this april and we are getting extension in every 2 months till new contract get signed (I've two extension copy with me). Only thing I can provide is a letter of intent from client stating their intention of having new contract with my employer. in absence of SOW, what are the chances of possibility of my H1b visa approval with client letter and letter of intent?
jairichi Posted July 14, 2015 Report Posted July 14, 2015 USCIS does not take a decision based on one document. They will go through everything provided and if found satisfactory you will get an approval.
srijan4others Posted July 15, 2015 Author Report Posted July 15, 2015 Thanks jairichi. But if USCIS found these documents insufficient, will there be a chance of 2nd RFE or its a straightaway rejection?
