I received the latter from USCIS to provide the Evidence. Here is the details..

You have failed to select a valid Eligibility Category as indicate by Part2 of the Instruction, The Eligibility Category is

1. Missing
2. Unclear
3. Invalid(Checked) - ©(26)()

In the Space Above, Please the latter and number of the category that you selected from the instruction
I am seeking eligibility under 8 CFR 274a.12( ) () ()

You will also need to submit evidence of your eligibility under this category.


Please Help me to understand, What information I missed in the I-765 Form ( I submit my spouse I-140 , visa while filling the form).

I guess you have missed the eligibility category which is "C26".
