H1B Amendment - Back to the same client

Hello Guru's,

 

I was working with client ABC when by H1 was issued. I then moved to client XYZ for a period of 6 months. I am now back with client ABC. Should i still file H1B amendment?

If not, would this be an issue when i go for stamping?

Check your LCA and amended H1B. If ABC is still included you are good. Otherwise a new amendment has to be filed and approved.

Same issue here. how come ABC is still included in the amended h1b LCA?
