I-140 PD Porting Question

I am working for Employer A and have i-140 Approved in April 28/2015 with PD 2014 in EB2, I want to Move to Employer B who is willing to file EB2 but my questions are below

1) My Current Employer A withdraws i-140 upon 30 Days after leaving the company, can I still port by PD once I have I-140 Approved with Employer B ?

2) Under What cases can be retain I-140 PD even upon withdrawing or Revoking the Application of i-140.
