Need advise on on getting visitor visa for my parents

This is my parent's background. Please provide your opinion/suggestions..

 

• My parents visited US 10 years back and returned before 6 months. No issue
• In 2014 they got into Domestic Violence with daughter-in-law (As you know, some woman misuses this cases). So far, court quashed all requests to pay monthly alimony etc. But the case is still pending. As you know it takes forever in India to get settled these kind of cases. As of now the case is pending
• They NEVER got arrested. Got anticipatory bail
• DS 160 form: We filled "NO" to the question "Have you ever been arrested"/
•  Honorable High Court granted permission to visit US for 6 month

 

With the above background information, Does Visa officer ever know that a criminal case is PENDING against them? Like searching some database etc? of course, if VO ask then they will tell about the pending case.

 

So, I would liek hear from parents who are in the same boat and if they got visa? If VO efer searched and found about pending criminal case?
