H1B Transfer

Hi,

 

I used to work for employer A and has Valid H1B approved visa till July 24th 2015.

 

One month back,  I moved to employer B and it's H1 transfer is In process(I don't know whether employer A  Visa is revoked or not.).

 

1. Now Can I join employer C ,if they file for new H1B petition with out getting the employer B H1B approved?

 

2. If I want to join employer C, do I need to join before July 24th 2015  or after ( because employer A visa is valid till July 24th 2015.)

1. Employer C's petition will be considered as bridge petition. If B's is approved then no issue. If denied then C's I797 will be without I94. You will need to exit & enter US with valid H1B visa & I797.

2. Your visa has no role here as it is used for entry to country & that is it.
