My case status is like this: Case Was Approved On March 4, 2015, we approved your Form I-130, Immigrant Petition for Relative, Fiance(E), or Orphan, Receipt Number EAC***********. We will mail your approval notice. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you move, go towww.uscis.gov/addresschangeto give us your new mailing address. Thanks

samkrish Posted July 20, 2015 Report Posted July 20, 2015 It is depend on country to country. For India & China around 10 to 15 yrs. I have filed on dec 2010, but my PD on 2002 Dec. So I have to wait 7+ yrs, then I need to appy i486. It will take sometime. :)
