hari2015 Posted July 11, 2015 Report Posted July 11, 2015 My employer filed H1B transfer in consular petition without extension of stay. So I entered 2 years for intended length of stay assuming my end date wouldn't change. However, my visa got approved for 3 years. I already submitted DS-160 and paid MRV fee. Should I submit a new DS-160 or is it alright if I go with this? Also, I got the approval notification today - July 10. How many days would it take for my attorney to get the physical copy, so that I can book a slot accordingly.
