CSU_H1 Posted July 10, 2015 Report Posted July 10, 2015 My current H1B is expiring in Jan 2016 and my company has applied for an extension (which could take 4~5 months). If i transfer to a new employer, will i have to apply for a new visa there? Or will my new visa (after Jan 2016 ) and my current visa both be transferred ?Is it better for me to wait untill jan 2016 ? or can i request a transfer right now ?
