ramesh12345 Posted July 10, 2015 Report Posted July 10, 2015 I have an approved H1B petition till Sept 2016. I work on Employer Vendor Client model. My H1B petition was filed with the location Chicago. but i am working in New jersey. When i moved to NJ ( one year back), my Employer applied LCA for location change. As part of new USCIS guidelines, now my Employer is applying H1B Amendment Is this Amendment is similar to new H1B extension ? I mean will i get again the tracking no like WAC....... etc Is there any chance to reject it?? as per my immigration department, it took around 120 days for Amendment process, so if i want to change the employer , will it be possible ( i mean in the middle of Amendment process )??
