ramkrs80 Posted July 10, 2015 Report Posted July 10, 2015 My i94 and visa is valid until sept 2016. However I switched my employer and my new i797 is valid till 2018 feb. I am traveling to India dec 2015 to jan 2016. Do I need my passport stamped with new employer visa?

livliv Posted July 10, 2015 Report Posted July 10, 2015 Not needed. When you return, show the new approval notice and make sure the I-94 that they give you is as per the new approval notice.
