Change Employer while H4 EAD Process

Hello, 

I am on my H1 with my company and have an approved I140. I am applying for my wife's H4 EAD now. 

 

Before her EAD is approved, can I change my employer? 

 

After her EAD is approved, can I change my employer without her losing her status?

Yes. EAD is linked to you maintaining valid H1B status and I-140 active.

If you have a valid H1 then her EAD is valid.
