yasowanth Posted July 8, 2015 Report Posted July 8, 2015 Hi, My Sister converted from H4 to F1 and she now getting divorced. My parents have dependent visa based on H1b of my sister's husband. Can my parents travel with the same visa after my sister got divorced. Please help ! thank you
jairichi Posted July 8, 2015 Report Posted July 8, 2015 A dependent visa (H4) is for spouse and children and not for parents. Your parents can travel with a valid visitor visa.
