H4 Extension and H4 EAD renewal

Hello,

 

A quick question on how will they process H4 renewal and H4 ead renewal.

 

My h1 is valid till march 2016 and the same with H4 and H4 EAD. My employer will start my H1 extension may be some time in Jan 2016.

 

1. How will H4 and H4 EAD will be effected?

 

2. Should we be applying all at a time?

 

3. What is the best way that H4  and H4 EAD are renewed sooner? Go for H4 visa stamping?

 

Please share some thoughts.

You apply for both, first your H1 and H4 will be processed and once H4 is approved then they start working on H4 EAD.

An employer can apply for an extension 6 months in advance. By including the H4 extension & EAD along with H1B extension you will likely get all approved before I94 expiry.
