Filling up DS 260 online

I would shortly be submitting Immigrant visa application DS 260. One of the columns in that requires you to mention whether any of your previous US visa was cancelled. Now the situation is that I got a 10 year Tourist B2 visa in 2001. Travelled thrice to US for about a month plus on each occasion during the 10 year validity. Visits were well spread out with 3 to 5 years gap. Never overstayed or got into any problem. Applied for a fresh tourist visa in 2011 on expiry of the previous 10 year visa. Truthfully submitted in my application as well as to the interviewing officer that I have an immigrant visa petition filed for me in 2002. My application for fresh tourist visa was rejected. The officer also took my old and expired tourist visa and stamped "Cancelled without Prejudice" on it.

My question is, since the visa which he cancelled without prejudice was already expired, do I need to mention about it in my Immigrant visa application? What are the implications.
