desi654 Posted July 3, 2015 Report Posted July 3, 2015 Hi All, what are the changes of H1B transfer for below case Working for desi company and came to US on H1B visa for short duration and company did not any paystub, but was getting below 1) home country salary 2) perdeim (onsite stay) 3) hotel stay project got completed and went to home country, sum of all the above is more than the amount mention in LCA.
victor_26 Posted July 8, 2015 Report Posted July 8, 2015 Not being paid while on H1B itself is a violation of H1B visa. You should report to the DOL and get your employer pay you. He owes you the amount that is listed on the LCA of your H1B petition.
