She will be going for her stamping in October 2015. Now if she goes for stamping, will she be stamped till Dec 2016? or till May 2017 per my Visa. Is it better to do a passport renewal before she goes for stamping?

jairichi Posted July 15, 2015 Report Posted July 15, 2015 Visa will be based on your petition validity but duration of stay in US i.e. I94 will be based on early expiration date in passport.
