H1B approved but i-94 is not matching with online i-94

Hi,

  I am working for a company in USA from last two years on L1 visa. This year company filed by H1B visa and H1B visa is approved with change of status.

 

 But, H1B approval notice has I-94 that is not matching with online i-94.

 

 I travelled to canada on last december, due to servers problem i got i-94 card. and i submiited the i-94 while applying for H1B visa. and again, i travelled to canada in april 5th to 17th. 

 Now, recently i got my H1B approved with change of status with i-94 that i got in december.

 

Please let me know will there be any issue if i go for stamping after october.
