coswal Posted July 2, 2015 Report Posted July 2, 2015 My Amendment was applied on 13th Feb 2015 after two months on 14th April i received an RFE. The required docs were submitted to USCIS and USICS received these docs on 5th May. Since then the status shows "Response To USCIS' Request For Evidence Was Received On May 5, 2015, we received your response to our Request for Evidence for your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number XXXXXXXXXXXXX. Our California Service Center office will begin working on your case again. We will mail you a decision or notify you if we need something from you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address." Its almost two months and the status is the same. Generally the response to RFE is received within a month. Any suggestions on what the issue could be and what should i do. Is it possible to get an additional RFE after two months.
