rckygl Posted July 2, 2015 Report Posted July 2, 2015 Hi, I am in India currently. My H1b petition is approved for a location in Wisconsin for client A and am yet to attend visa stamping. The opportunity is closed at client A and a new opportunity is found for a location in California for client B. Can my employer obtain new LCA and attach it to existing approved petition and then I attend the Visa stamping or does the company need to file a new H1b petition for the client and location change request? jairichi Posted July 2, 2015 Report Posted July 2, 2015 LCA has to be approved for change in location. If required then amendment has to be filed & approved before visa interview.
