benus Posted June 30, 2015 Report Posted June 30, 2015 Hi I worked for a consulting company A and got I 140 approved and then moved to Company B for full time position and got I 140 approved and ported date from company A. Now company B is in trouble and doing layoffs. I know if I move to company C I need to start from labor but if I move to company A where my I140 still active , can I continue my I485 process with active I140 or do I need to start from labor filing in Company A . Please advise.
