Filing a new amendment while amendment case is pending

Hi

I got my visa stamped for the location connecticut for client A. Now I am working in Boston for client B and already filed an amendment for new LCA in boston. Now it looks like the new project will be shelved and I might need to move to another location even before the amendment is approved. My doubt is 

1) Will filing a second amendment while one is already in progress affect my visa status in any way?

2) If I move to a new project in location C and get an RFE in first amendment what should I do?
