PERM - Job Posting and job description questions

Hi,

 

    For my PERM my employer had created a job description.   which contains following sections

 

1) Job Duties/description:

Certain duties and technologies-X,Y,Z on which I will be working on for that particular position.

 

2) Education  requirements

Master degree requirement

 

3) Special/technology Requirements

List of technologies needed for the job duties.

technology A , technology B , technology C 

 

Now I met all the requirements Education and special requirements mentioned in job posting. But I do not have experience on certain technology X  mentioned which is mentioned in job Duties but not in requirements. 

 

Does that create any problem in PERM ? If PERM gets audited , Do I need to show the proof of what is mentioned in job duties ? Or I need to show the evidence of what is mentioned for  job requirements ?

Depends on language of the posting. Does it say person will work on X or does it say X is required.

It says will work on X . And says A , B , C is required . I have experience with A, B, C not with X.
