I am considering a full time opportunity and they promised to start my GC processing within 3 months after joining. My start date for this new oportunity is end of July'2015. My current H1B expires in Oct'2017. They are doing amendent to my existing H1B to change the employer. Question: 1. I have to travel to India and go for Visa stamping after joining my new company. Any possibility of having issues at visa stamping?. 2. If the law gets passed that grants EAD to individuals with approved I-140 (there have been rumours that it could be this October), would I be eligible to get EAD based off my approved I-140? What are my options? thanks in advance.
