I-140 approved change of employer

Hello All, 

 

From my current employer, I have PERM approved and I-140 approved.

 

I am changing employer.

 

What all documents both original and copies, do I need to ensure that I have with me from my current employer.

 

 

Also, Are there any safety measure that I need to take before I resign?

Copies of H1, I-140 approval (or at least receipt) will be good. But if they revoke the I-140 you can do nothing about it. So ask them not to revoke it.

Possibly. There has been some change in rules and policies recently.
