laxmi12 Posted June 27, 2015 Report Posted June 27, 2015 Hi, My H1b transfer got denied after which MTR was filed by my employer. USCIS MTR case status shows below: Document Was MailedWe mailed your document for your Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal to the Commissioner, Receipt Number EACXXXX. If you do not receive your document by July 26, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we resend the document to you. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address. Is this an approval or denial?
JoeF Posted June 27, 2015 Report Posted June 27, 2015 Usually, "document was mailed" is a phrase that indicates a denial. But you don't know for sure until you actually get it.
jairichi Posted June 27, 2015 Report Posted June 27, 2015 If it was a recent filing of MTR it will be a receipt notice. If not there is no way of confirming whether it is a denial or approval of your case.
