arifJ Posted June 26, 2015 Report Posted June 26, 2015 HI, My H1B is expiring in 2 weeks. I got my LCA approved. My employer is submitting FEDEX package to embessy today. Since premium processing is temporarily stopped applying in ordinary process. Seems it will take 2 to 3 weeks for H1 Receipt to come. Now my question is can i work with FedEX package receipt or do i need to wait for H1 receipt. If it take 3 weeks time to get H1 receipt. Do i need to wait till i get H1 receipt for working.
