However my wife has to go to USA for couple of weeks at my brothers place. I am not going, so I will still be in Canada. i) Can she go? ii) What sort of questions she might have to face at port of entry?

livliv Posted June 26, 2015 Report Posted June 26, 2015 No. She has to travel with the intention of joining you, the H1 principal. If you yourself are not working in H1 status, she cannot use her H4 Visa. She will need to get a B1/B2 Visa for leisure travel.
