If the H1b is rejected in how many days can I apply for a new H1B. If some company applies me a new H1B do I need to leave the country and get stamped and come back??.. I also have visiting and F2 Visa stamps still valid on my passport. What can I do please suggest..
jairichi Posted June 26, 2015 Report Posted June 26, 2015 Your new employer has to file immediately. In that case your new employer's I797 will not have I94. You need to exit and enter with a valid H1B visa and I797 to commence work with new employer.
