sshaik469 Posted June 25, 2015 Author Report Share Posted June 25, 2015 No update yet on when to collect passport. The CEAC site will continue showing Issued and won't change. The waybill number will be updated on the appointment portal page. Previous stamping once it showed issued it took a day or two for me to get passport. Looking at the backlog I would say we shall be back to US this weekend. Link to comment

sairam5027 Posted July 2, 2015 Report Share Posted July 2, 2015 Hi All, Just an update, since the appointment dates are not visible at Vancouver, you can select a date available and use the Request for Expedite option to expedite your visa interview. Looks like it takes 3 to 5 days for the Consulate Officer to either approve or deny our request. If they approve it you will get an email, if they did not you wont get anything. you need to call the customer service number and they can tell you if your request is still in queue or if it has been processed. This was somethig i missed and i am in a situation. I am posting this so that others like me will plan in advance. Good Luck all, Link to comment
