Birth certificate while applying GC!

Hi,

I am on H4 visa, my husband's employer has filed GC(EB2) and our perm is cleared.

Now there is a big blunder with my BC, my original BC is dated 17/11/1986 and rest all docs including school leaving certificate and passports, US driving license has date 7/11/1988, now while applying passport 8 years back they haven't asked me for my birth certificate

And it's even not easy to get non-availabilty of BC as they said if they want they can find the records.

Now please suggest some way out.
