H1-extension Stamping in Jamaica

I am currently working for a Client A and I‘m in my H1b extension. I previous H1b got stamped in Hyderabad consulate last year ( Same Client and Same Employer). My project with the current client  might end in the couple of month from now. So I want to go for stamping before that?

Can I go to Jamaica for h1b-extension stamping  with same client?

 

I know going to the home country is always the best option, but I would like to explore other options.

I don't think you can go to Jamaica for stamping, as they have restrictions for foreign country nationals.
