Previous H1B revoked, Transfer is in process

I left company A at 22-April-2015 (Visa valid till Sept 2016) and started working with Company B upon receipt of transfer initiation  at 27-April-2015. Company B filed visa transfer on regular bases and its not got transfered yet. Mean while at 24-June-2015 Company A has revoked the previous H1b. My question is

 

1. Is am out of status? as new visa transfer has not approved yet.

 

2. I left company A at 22-April and Joined B at 27-April but revocation request was sent at 25-May-2015. Am i was out of status during 22-27 April. will it impact while transferring.?

 

3. I got 3 new pay stubs from my new employer Company B. and according to them as they filed transfered before the revocation notice sent to USCIS by previous employer so its fine?

1. No, you are not out of status..you are in status..it depends on outcome of new H1b.

 

2. No, You are good to go.

 

3. Yes it is fine..Dont worry.
