Achou1 Posted June 24, 2015 Report Posted June 24, 2015 Hi Experts, Kindly help answer below question. 1) Normally in how much time We receive H1B Amendment Receipt notice (It was filled in Premium) Its 11th day today since USCIS received and no news? 2) My Extension was raised to premium before 26 May and I got a RFE on June 1st So if my employer respond to the RFE it will still be considered as premium ? Asking this as USCIS stopped Premium processing after 26 May. Kindly Advice?

I validated the cheque is also not yet enchashed by USCIS ,Not sure what is the issue and how to move forward ,Please guide? Regards, Ami

Attorney_21 Posted July 7, 2015 Report Posted July 7, 2015 Achou1: I'm confused by your question - you're talking about not getting a receipt notice and then saying that there was an RFE issued.... Are you saying the employer responded to the RFE and simultaneously requested upgrade to premium? Or are we talking about two different cases?

So i am waiting for Amendment receipt notice.so that extension RFE can be responded. But this Amendment receipt notice i am not sure what is going on so need suggestions on the same?

I contacted the Attorney and he mentioned they rejected the case ,Yesterday again document were send to USCIS. Attorney did not share the reason though,Just wondering what can be the reason of rejection Papers were not in order etc.?
