H1B Visa delivery time in Hyderabad, India

Hello All, 

 

I only have 10 days of Vacation time. 

 

If I attend Visa interview at Hyderabad consulate for H1B on July 24th(Friday) , Do you think that I shall be able to get the passport back by July 30th(next thursday) so I can travel back to USA on July 31st?

Hopefully,  as the news from 'The Bureau of Consular Affairs' says they are resolving the issues, already some 22 locations have been live.

Yes, you can get back the passport successfully stamped by July 30th (If it gets approved without any administrative processing).

There is no guarantee because of the current visa backlog issues. You will be taking too much risk. You need to give yourself at least 2 weeks of time after your interview date to get your passport stamped.
